Terms of the action or commitment
Eiffage is committed to building and operating a physical platform, including mobile/modular elements with an objective to reach a low-carbon operation. Services offered are expected to evolve as a function of demand. As far as material recovery is concerned, the aim is to provide traditional waste storage services and to ensure that there are outlets for the valorisation of the elements collected, in particular through recycling.

The Noé platform in Bordeaux reached the following performance indicators after 4 years of operation:
- 66,462 tonnes delivered ;
- 46,299 tonnes of waste processed, including
- 38,007 of inert waste
- 8,291 tonnes of construction waste
- 81% recycling ratio achieved
- 20,163 tonnes of aggregated sold
- 1 client out of 3 buys aggregates after delivering watse
- 170 client accounts et 50 clients with direct upfront payment
Company's comments
The ambition of the Noé platform is to offer both a waste depositi facility combined with an offer of ancillary services for construction sites’ management. Over the years, the Noé platform has undergone the following evolutions:
- 2017-2018: Pilot phase: setting up a multi-service physical platform for works sites
- 2019-2020: Deployment of a global solution serving all stages of construction work management
- Preparation of the work site;
- Operations’ logistics;
- Associated services.
- 2021-2025: Low-Carbon charter put in place and aim to deploy new platforms
- Aim for a 100% waste matter recovery rate in 2025 through the recourse to Solid Recovered Fuel transformation, thereby preventing landfilling.
