Agiplast is a major player in the regeneration of high performance polymers, in particular specialty polyamides and fluorinated polymers, attached to High Performance Polymers. This acquisition, finalized on June 1, 2021, enables Arkema to offer its customers a complete offer in the field of circular materials management.
In 2019, Arkema set up Virtucycle®, a recycling program as part of its partnership with Agiplast, a company specializing in the regeneration of high performance polymers. This program allows customers to partner with Arkema in post-industrial recycling projects and post-consumer regarding its High Performance Polymers. The Group acquired Agiplast in June 2021.
