Methods of validation of the follow-up

A site achieves Towards Zero Waste to Landfill, if it recovers, by weight of its annual waste production, more than 99% of its metal waste and more than 97% of its non-metallic waste, as well as 100% proper handling and treatment of hazardous waste. Proper handling and treatment of hazardous waste means that hazardous waste shall be handled as per Schneider Electric’s requirements and local regulations, whichever is the most restrictive. Peformance is report and track using Schneider Electric own tool.
