Technical solution delivered to operational teams in 2021 for all segments in France. Deployed to date at more than 100 sites. Catering activities have been significantly slowed down over the last two years due to the Covid epidemic. As a result, experiments were delayed.
Company's comments
A B&I restaurant in the Alpes-Maritimes, the Elior teams and their client have set up a deposit system to avoid unnecessary packaging. Employees wishing to take away a salad, for example, leave with their dish in a returnable glass box, which they then return at the end of their meal. They can also come with their own container if they prefer.
