The Group is a pioneer and a leader in this field. Its reparability policy, initiated in 2008, reached maturity in 2015 with its “10-year repairable product” commitment.

Since 2021, it has gone even further since the repairability commitment has been extended to 15 years and the effort on the cost of repairs has been reinforced to offer very affordable prices.

For Groupe SEB, its “15-year repairable product at fair prices” commitment ensures that:

■ a product can be readily disassembled and reassembled;
■ the spare parts are reasonably priced (less than a third of the price of an equivalent new product from the brand) and readily available (spare parts from products under warranty are delivered under 48hrs to 4 days) for at least 15 years after the last purchases;
■ there is a significant network of trained repairers (over 6,200 worldwide) while ensuring optimal regional coverage.

All of this should allow a streamlined customer experience and ensure the effective repair of products for many years.
