RéparSeb opened its doors in December 2020 at Porte de la Chapelle in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. In 2021, 16 employees in integration were supported by RépareSeb. The average duration of the course is 14 months, and at the end of 2021 no dynamic release was yet to be noted.
Company's comments
RépareSeb’s activity aims to promote the circular economy and is based on a desire to support the change in practices and mentalities with a view to more reasoned consumption: maintenance of equipment, repair techniques, priority to second-hand purchases, equipment rental offers rather than systematic purchases, etc.

In terms of professional integration, the objective of RépareSeb is to support employees in the acquisition of transferable professional skills, to help them define a realistic professional project and to concretize it through a job or long-term training. Employment exits are favored because employees are trained in jobs in tension: in fact, the structure supports employees who wish to train in repair, in addition to reconditioning, for a better exit to employment. In 2021, 16 employees in integration were supported by RépareSeb.
