Company's comments
2 main areas illustrate the process of recovering food surpluses:
– Redistribute uneaten meals to associations and charities. Committed to support the most vulnerable populations, the Group actively contributes to solidarity efforts with food redistribution and donation networks established in the territories where it is present, for example in Italy and France with the Food Banks.
– Offer meals not consumed at lunchtime for takeaway. Thanks to the partnership with Too Good To Go, company employees can book their surprise basket at a reduced price, consisting of lunch surpluses, and pick it up at the end of the day. tens of thousands of meals are thus saved each year, in France and Spain.
