Project description:
– This is the Audi AU316 project for the headlamp arm and carrier component. The project initiative came from Audi after the series was awarded, so that HBPO could carry out another test loop with the recycled content. The test was successful and the material can be used.
– Project duration: 01/2021 – 04/2027
– The target was to use 35% of the plastic from recycled materials
– Weight per vehicle: 3657 g (only PP GF30) CO2 emission reduction: approx. 1.74 kg/vehicle
