Darty Max makes maintenance and troubleshooting/repair more accessible to consumers thanks to a subscription offer covering all household products, purchased at DARTY or elsewhere, regardless of their age.
The after-sales service community allows Internet users to find answers concerning the maintenance and repair of their products. They can consult tutorials and discussions between users (more than 120,000 discussions) around their products. This website helps them to diagnose their breakdown, repair themselves and properly maintain their devices.
